Welcome to the world of the "Enhanced," humans that were genetically altered to boost their natural abilities and give them psionic powers. Mind Dreamer: West Branch CBI agent Verity Sanchez is tracking a killer who leaves no clues. The killer is able to invade her dreams, leaving her on edge and on the verge of a mental breakdown. East Branch CBI agent Erik Malone arrives to help with the case. He is keeping a secret that could destroy the budding romance between himself and Verity.
